Safety of Brighton Greenway users (Driveway access to the townhomes will cut across a new sidewalk and the Greenway)
Greenspace and Travelbea's plan to cut down all Garry Oaks, cut down some Garry Oaks on neighbours' properties, and damage/risk root zones of Garry Oaks on neighbours' properties.
Complete disregard for zoning and the current OCP for building heights, setbacks, lot coverage, tree removal etc.
The Travelbea development sets a horrible precedent for historic Foul Bay Rd. and Brighton Greenway in Oak Bay, Victoria and other greenways in the CRD. Do you want this Greenway and others to be a Greenway or an Urban Alley?
While this project provides much needed housing for the community, it completely disregards the community's concerns and the Official Community Plan of Oak Bay. As a reminder, we are not against…
