Rezoning & Variance

This is an application for a zoning bylaw amendment to rezone the property from R-4 to allow a 13 unit townhouse project and a variance for a 9 parking stall reduction. 

Property Access

Developer is requesting to move access to the property from Lansdowne to Woodburn

OCP Change

This is an application for an Amendment to the Official Community Plan to amend the land use designation of the property from Established Neighbourhoods to Multi-Unit Residential in order to allow a 13 unit townhouse project.
