960 Foul Bay Road - Another challenge to our Community’s Official Community Plan(OCP).

It is imperative that Oak Bay upholds it's OCP, particularly, as we move into a five year review focusing on housing.

Jennifer and Scott Travelbea of Marking Developments most recent plan at 960 Foul Bay is requesting an OCP change to accommodate up to 80 residents and 50 cars. This density is 15 times greater than what is typical for Oak Bay and would drastically alter the character and livability of neighbourhoods. The site had a community approved reasonable sized development that respected and protected the immediate neighbourhood and the Brighton Green walk way. When will the Jennifer and Scott respect our OCP and what it represents?
